What is CECD?
An alliance established to foster continued advancements in energetics manufacturing, science and research, while educating the next generation of energetics experts.
Vision
The vision of CECD is to become the preeminent National Center concerned with the science and manufacturing of energetic materials and products for national defense and security. Further, CECD will train the next generation of scientists and engineers working in energetics through its graduate education and research programs.
